For non-payment, a late fee of $10.00 plus 2% of the account balance will be assessed.

• Second Notice -- Mailed on the 1st of the 2nd month of the quarter (February, May, August and November)


• Final Notices -- Mailed on the 1st of the 3rd month of the quarter (March, June, September and December)


• Service shut offs -- occur on the 15th of the 3rd month. A $100.00 service charge will be assessed.
