Water Bills. Most Grafton Water District customers receive bills four times a year (quarterly.) Billing dates are the first day of the month in January, April, July and October.

Water Payments. We accept cash, check or credit cards. Please note, we do not accept Visa. Make checks payable to Grafton Water District.

• Drop off payment at our office at 44 Millbury Street. Business hours are: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Outside these hours, you can leave a check in the slot (to the left of the door.) We pick it up the next business day.
• Mail a check to P.O. Box 537, Grafton, MA 01519.
• Issue a check online via your bank's bill payer system. We receive a physical check from your bank.
• Pay Online via UniPay. You will need three pieces of information: your account number (usually a 12 digit #); the billing year, and the customer name. Make sure you enter them exactly as they appear on your bill.
