Water Bills. Most Grafton Water District customers receive bills four times a year (quarterly.) Billing dates are the first day of the month in January, April, July and October.

Water Payments. We accept cash, check or credit cards. Please note, we do not accept Visa. Make checks payable to Grafton Water District.

• Pay Online via UniPay. You will need your account number (all 12 characters, usually numbers.) Make sure you enter it exactly as it appears on your bill.
• Drop off payment at our office at 44 Millbury Street. You can leave a check in the slot (to the left of the door.) We pick it up the next business day.
• Mail a check to P.O. Box 537, Grafton, MA 01519.
• Issue a check online via your bank's bill payer system. We receive a physical check from your bank.
